LEARN TO FLY!
The Rock River Flyers (RRF), along with Graden Aviation, both located at the Ogle County Airport, offer aviation lessons to new flyers, "rusty" pilots and kids (ages 8-17yrs old) through the EAA Young Eagles Program. With our experienced instructors, the Rock River Flyers also provide tail wheel endorsements. Young Eagle participants with the Ogle Co. Airport Young Eagles pilot Jon Bargren.

FACTS ABOUT ROCK RIVER FLYERS
* Non-profit organization chartered by the State of Illinois * Members flying skills range from student through highly skilled pilots * A board of directors and officers that meet bi-monthly (1st Mondays of even months) * Two airplanes are located at the Ogle Co. Airport for training purposes: an Aeronca 7AC "Champ" (two seats, tandem seating) and a Cessna 172 (four seats). Both are capable of extended cross-country flights * All RRF members are required to be members of the Ogle County Pilots, Inc (OCPI)
